It is awsome for the price...does the job
This is a lightweight product that requires very little wireless installation. I found it to be useful for small areas and can be adjusted from 3 to 7 seconds, which in my opinion is insufficient. I received this for free from Spark review, the cost is reasonable and I will probably pick up a couple more to cover a larger area.
This light can help for areas where there's no electricity or enough sunlight for a solar light, but is limited in brightness and range. The light must be opened with a screw driver as one bolt holds it closed securely. Once open, you can add/change the 3 AA batteries (not included), and attach the base to a wall with the included 2 screws. There are two settings knobs on the base for light sensitivity and how long it should remain on after motion is detected. The time can be set from 3 seconds to 7 minutes but there are no markings, so takes a few tries to achieve the desired time. It is completely off when no motion is detected. It is small and has extremely limited pivoting capability, so covers a small area mostly straight ahead. I was hoping to put it on an outside corner and pivot one head around the corner so they would be about 270 degrees apart and light both sides of the corner, but not possible. They don't even angle 45 degrees apart, and the vertical rotation is just as limited. Good ball joints would have been appreciated. I would need two of these to get the coverage I want and to me that defeats the purpose of having 2 heads. It is bright enough to see where you are walking right in front of it, but don't expect a powerful spotlight, and the light is dotty from the multiple LEDs
