1 disc, slice on one side, flip it over grate. 1 double bladed, very sharp chopping blade. 1 dough blade I made some lemon bars, recipe called for 8 eggs 1 cup lemon juice, 2 cups sugar That fit in the bowl and mixed, and mixed until I was sure the sugar had dissolved. It handled that long run time, didn't overheat. The dough blade beat the butter, flour, powdered sugar for the shortbread base, no problem. I grated a. couple potatoes, and a yellow onion for hash browns. Piece of cake, though they were potatoes. The motor sounds like it has enough power to deal with some serious food fixing. I was pleasantly surprised by the heft, ability to power thru the things I would use a food processor for. It processed he foods I put in it without a hitch.

It was a toss up between this and KitchenAid. I chose to go with Ninja and I'm so happy I did! I chopped 8 quarts worth of salsa ingredients in a short time! So easy to use and clean up is a breeze. Next I'll try the dough feature! I'm sure it won't disappoint. I'm very pleased with my purchase, thanks Ninja!

Have used all the features (chop/slice/puree/dough) and every project has come out ideal. Great size and durability for the price. The recipe book was a pleasantly, helpful surprise.

The machine keeps on blinking even though all of the parts are aligned and put together correctly. We have been trying to get it to work for over an hour. It's junk!

I didn't even open it. First, it was the wrong item. I ordered the NF701 unit - 12 cups 1200 watt unit with adjustable slicing disc. I recieved the NF700 unit, 12 cup 1000 watt unit and no adjustable slicing disc. I noticed a label on the box with a white, blank label placed over it. Under the blank label was a previous shipping label addressed to a foreign name with the return address from some sort of auction sight. I know this isn't just a reused box because the box is the manufacturer box with the product information written all over it. Now here it is less than a week before Christmas and I'm without this gift. My advice, order from somewhere else.

I think I got a returned blender. I couldn't get the basket loose. The motor would not turn on. Very disappointed 😞
