for the long time im only using kcups coffee machine, I really love coffee and i think its time to level up my coffee machine, i kept reading reviews about what coffee espresso machine is good for new user and this one get my attention. its so friendly user, manual is easy to understand. im so happy i got it i make 3 coffee and drink it all at once then later palpitations is real and i feel nauseous because of too much coffee LOL 😆 I really recommend this espresso machine to those who like to level up their coffee but not so sure what they get . its easy and great product

I really like this coffee machine! The espresso comes out rich and flavorful, and the milk froth is thick and creamy. It’s easy to use and doesn’t take up much space in the kitchen. The cold brew option is a nice bonus, especially in the summer. Overall, it’s a great choice for home use, especially for the price, and I’m very happy with this purchase.
We’ve had the machine for only two months, and it has already stopped working. It no longer brews espresso properly—water starts coming out from the group head instead of dripping through as it should. We’re very disappointed with the performance and would appreciate support in resolving this issue.
DO NOT PURCHASE! They do not provide warranty and offer an extreme discount because they will not refund you your money. My machine only makes an obnoxious loud sound, doesn’t drip water or steam, and the actual funnel doesn’t have any working holes. Beyond disappointed and a waste of my money. In the photo, it’s completely full of water and not a single drop of water comes out.
I purchased 3 of them and had to return two of them within 30 days due to defects—one couldn’t brew double espresso, and the other couldn’t pump water. The third unit broke after six months with the same issues. Honestly, all three should have been returned within the 30-day window.
Difficult to use overall. The filters for the coffee only have one hole for the coffee to filter through and it was weak and disgusting. No videos to help. The website states that it should have come with both single wall and double wall filter but it does not not so had to purchase additional items for it. Decided to return it due to lack of performance and not easy to use.
This espresso machine don’t brewed well coffee like 20bar espresso machine did. Have a liking coffee maker.
its shooting water everywhere. hasnt produced a single shot of espresso, just cloudy brown water full of coffee grounds. absolutely the worst coffee maker ive ever purchased
