I've been using this machine for a little while now and overall I'm really happy with it. It's easy to set up and simple to use, even if you're not a coffee expert. Espresso tastes good and has a nice crema. The steam works fine for making milk foam at home. I like that it doesn't take up too much space and heats up pretty fast. It's not a professional café machine, but for daily home coffee it does the job very well. Good value for the money. I would buy it again.

I feel like a barista with this coffee machine! I love how easy the set up was and how much foam it created on my milk. You add a little bit of chocolate and it truly looks like an expensive coffee

This espresso machine is amazing! It brews perfect coffee every time, great for both hot and iced espresso. Cappuccino and latte are super easy to make.

Had this pot and it broke we tried several others more expensive and not as good. So be bought another one. Even though it only lasted 1 1/2 years not that expensive.

Love this expresso machine. I have had it for several months now. The only thing I find difficult is the frother and that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I have struggled with it, but it's probably just me. I already had a frother so I usually use it. But it makes delicious expresso and having the water tank is a plus.

Wasn't releasing any water for a long time like a good 20 minutes of it being on and when you try to release water it automatically does steam instead because the dial is at the same spot

It's hard to get the machine to work consistently, sometimes you have to unplug from power and replug to brew the second cup of coffee. The buttons seem to only work occasionally especially after the first cup. Very disappointed with the machine performance after the first cup.
