These are very heavy-duty, and seem sturdy. Just had them a week so I can't be objective. We'll see. They take a lot of time to put together and for heaven's sake, don't tighten the screws until everything is together or the holes won't line up (see photo) and you'll have to go back and loosen everything. It says that in the directions but I didn't pay attention, to my cost. :-)

This is soooooooooo much better than I expected, very very sturdy and easy enough to put together by myself. I'm glad I got them on sale, makes the deal even sweeter.

These barstools are fabulous! My autistic grandson put both together in about 2 hours, never had any issue with them at all. They are gorgeous and exactly what I needed.

I like that these are sturdy and beautiful. My husband said there were a lot of screws but he wouldn't be worried about them breaking. The seat is large and i have a large seat too so that is a big plus for me and no one else has this style of chair.

Love these stools and am very happy with the purchase! They are a little tricky to put together but by the time I got to the 4th one I had it figured out and it was quite easy. They are very sturdy and supportive to sit on. My husband is a big guy and they work well for him. I would not hesitate to buy these again!! The price is unbelievable for the quality.

I purchased these for my home, my husband is a gentleman of size and was always concerned if our old bar stools would break until now! these chairs are metal constructed and VERY sturdy! The seat is generous and extremely comfortable

They are just perfect for my home They were very time consuming to put together. It took two people several hours to assemble but after the first one it did go a little better but there are many many parts to assemble

These are attractive stools and solid as long as you take your time putting them together. As with anything you have to put together you have to first get all the nuts and bolts on and then tighten them a little at a time. If you do this the chairs are very solid. The one thing I don't like about these stools is the cushioning. It could be better for sure, but if you're only sitting on them an hour or so a day they are fine.

We love our new bar stools! Instructions were accurate (if you make sure to read from the beginning and not go straight to the pictures). You must NOT tighten the nuts down to allow for placing the foot rest accurately. I needed my husbands strength to line up the foot rest holes, but all other steps were a cinch. They look nice, size appropriate to the height I purchased them for and even my daughter agrees they are comfortable! We are pleased!
