Customer Insights: Rated 3.6/5 from 62 reviews.
Bought 2 use both of them as a nightstand works out perfectly. Had them change out the wheels for legs. I like it much better.
when I received the product the side pieces were for the same side. I called customer service and they quickly sent me the correct side pieces. The product is perfect for what I needed it for. it's simple to put together with the correct piece. the 5 star rating is for the excellent customer service. thank you Taylor.
Its a great shelve but didn't come with all the parts to attach the wheels which is disappointing. It was a tedious process to put together. Other than those things its a great product
Seems sturdy but I wish it had drawer stoppers to stop the drawers from pulling completely out when you open them. Also, it was tricky getting the screws into the side of the drawers as it was so close to the edge and a few times I had to back a screw out and slowly screw it in while applying pressure to make sure it went in at a slight angle. Otherwise I love it
Received item quickly. I purchased a similar unit two years ago by a different brand and it arrived with two split drawer icees I had to get replaced. This unit arrived with all pieces intact, none broken. It took a long time to assemble. Then none of the drawers could slide into the top slot. After lots of grinding the drawer FINALLY went in. Considering the price of this unit is less than the others I considered, I still recommend it if you need a unit with shallow drawers.
Love the storage drawers, they get the job done and is aesthetically pleasing while doing it. Love the modern/contemporary look, HOWEVER, I do have some serious gripes about the product that was NOT mentioned by any other reviewer. 1. The materials are sub par. My sister has a comparable storage cart with metal "sliders" for drawers to easily slide in and out. This one has plastic ones so it can be a bit difficult at times to smoothly pull drawers in and out. 1B. Only the "box" and front of the drawers are painted. The rest of the wooden pieces are unfinished. Which doesnt take away from the look since you only notice it when yhe drawers are open, but still felt the need to mention it in case it is a gripe for someone else. 2. Biggest gripe is there are NO PRE-DRILLED HOLES on the drawers which means you have to actually build ALL the drawers yourself! They provide you with all the pieces of wood needed, but you need a drill and electric screwdriver to align and drill holes in all the wood needed to build EACH drawer (8 holes for each drawer x 6 drawers = 48 holes. Just fyi). For THAT amount of effort i felt the company should be paying ME at this point! The directions are just as deceiving because everything is clearly outlined but the diagram gives the impression that the holes are already there and you just need to alogn the screws, but that is not true. I had to look up google reviews to realize that other customers experienced similar issues. All in all, I wouldnt purchase this again, or maybe I would since I know what to do but I dont recommend this product if you are not handy. You truly get what you pay for.
The plastic rails for the drawers, the plastic rollers that are pushed in instead of being screwed on, the wrong size of crews for the rails they punchure through the wood because of it's size I bought a wood product because it's better than the engineered wood but the hardware for it was all wrong!
Came missing a piece, so I couldn't even finish assembly. There are also no predrilled holes, so if you are not confident you can get the screws in completely straight by hand, chances are, you are going to crack the wood. Going to try to get it back into the box to return it.
Worst assembly project I've ever had. Six drawers with 8 screws each NOT PREDRILLED. That's 48 screws. You would not want to even try this without a drill because your wrist would wear out quick. And nearly half of the flimsy screws stripped. Not even through the first cabinet and dreading having to assemble the second one. If I hadn't waited 3 weeks for my order and drove 2 .5 hour round trip to pick up from my nearest Walmart (who wouldn't ship to my house) these would already be returned. They better hold up once assembled. >:-<
This thing is such a pile of steaming junk. Please dont buy it, spare yourself the misery. When I unpacked the parts I noticed the panels were cracked and painted over, since the cracks were on the inside of the unit, I continued to assemble the cart. Welp, then I realized the box was missing all six back panels for the drawers. So I called the manufacturer, Linon, so I could get the missing items. I already threw away the box and pretty much assembled the cart except for the drawers. Well Linon emails me back and notifies me that they wont send me the back panels for the drawers because it wouldnt be cost effective for them and to call Walmart and get a refund. I dont have the box it came in and I already assembled the majority of the cart.
