I love my new chair. Comfortable and cozy. Fits me and my dog perfectly 🐕😊 Fabric is great quality %26 very durable. Chair seems very well made. Very happy with purchase. Item arrives in two boxes. I first received one box and after opening found it wasn't the whole chair 😕. I contacted Walmart and they contacted seller who then contacted me. Couple days later I received 2nd box. Excellent customer service - no hassle, just quick satisfaction. 2nd box was HEAVY. I couldn't move it at all. I had to unpack it where it was delivered and haul pieces in one by one. I'm 72 years old, 5'1" and 105 pounds so not exactly a muscleman able to haul heavy boxes. Maybe it will be easier for you. Was able to assemble chair myself just using included hardware and allen wrench. Pieces well marked (A,B, C...). All holes for screws aligned perfectly, though awkward to hold things together while trying to get screws into assigned holes. I won't say it was easy, but certainly doable. This is a great chair for reading - even taking a nap!

Great value for the money and extremely comfortable, the only thing 8 didn't like is that the back pillow cushion is held in place.

comfortable and easy to assemble. Didn't like the head rest.I removed it very easily and like it much better Really like the material

The latches for the backrest did not align with a piece. Was half an inch off.
