Lion Brand Cover Story Dreamland Yarn-Fairy Garden

My favorite yarn to use right now, especially for crocheting super plush and cozy warm blankets! I have a preference for Lion Brand Yarn as I tend to enjoy working with thicker yarns for my crochet projects, and Lion Brand has a good selection of yarn in the thickness that I like, and is readily available for purchase in Canada at large retailers like Michaels and Wal-Mart. For any knitters or crocheters who have the same preferences as me when it comes to their yarn and are not opposed to bright, bold colors and funky patterns, then the Dreamland series might be worth considering. I've made two beautiful blankets so far with this yarn, and with so many color options I'm very excited to make many more blankets using Cover Story Dreamland!

My son picked this type of yarn for his blanket. I must admit that it is super soft and has created a "weighted" blanket (which he loves). I had to go 2 needle sizes up to get the softness. It's wonderful to work with. Finding this particular yarn has made this gift a challenge, thankfully Walmart had it in one store or another near me and otherwise I fortunate to find it online.
