I am a big fan of everything Lion Brand. The colors are vibrant and stay that way. Yarn for any project through Lion Brand. Make sure to order enough for the whole project to get the same batch %23. Different batches vary in color. Lion Brand often runs specials as well. On the Homespun such as this, I recommend Susan Bates crochet needles.

Lion Home spun yarn is wonderful for crafts %26 croched garments. It's fuzzy %26 sheds fibers, so I don't use it for little ones.

it was a bit darker than it showed on my screen, but it is a lovely color. Worked great in my project.

This yarn is so easy to work with!! I made a prayer shawl with it and it came out beautifully. The yarn isn't heavy, so it is very versatile.

I love how soft it flows on the hook, bit it also snags, but in my opinion, I think it's worth it. this is a beautiful yarn that has a lot of color options. another downside is that there's not too much of it in one skein, but when is there ever really TRULY enough yarn. we all wish we had a never ending skein of yarn. LOL :)

The color is not at all like the picture. This brand used to be that color, but they have discontinued many of their colors and this colors made differently. It's not just a different color a lot. It's like a completely different yarn color altogether. They really need to update the photograph to make it actually correct in color! The yarn itself is great.

The color advertised is way off. It seems like you will get this vibrant fall color with orange and red. Instead, it is a very dull brown. No vibrancy. Completely wrong color from what I needed. Then they want you to inconvenience yourself further to return the yarn they sent in order to get the refund?? it's their fault for false advertisement of the product.
