I really expected to love this. I've used Mandala Hombre many times, so I figured the “baby” yarn would be even softer, and it is not soft AT ALL. It is irritating my hands just as much as cheap all-cotton yarn does, and it's also very splitty. While the colorways are very nice, and it's a very good value for the yardage, I would not recommend this yarn, ESPECIALLY for a baby item!

I ordered 10 cakes but only received 6. This is not a Lion Brand problem but a Walmart problem. The yarn is not as soft as I wanted it to be. Everyone has their own preference that is why I marked it as recommended. Just because I'm not happy with the product doesn't mean someone else wouldn't like it.

This is NOT A THREE WEIGHT, more like a fingering weight. Disappointed for what I wanted to use it for, as it's half the size of other 3 weight I was going to use it with.

Three different dye lot numbers as it was shipped as I ordered came in 2 different shipments and pack was broken up instead of three together. I cannot use this yarn as I planned as the different color shade is noticeable.
