Like all the mandala ombré yarn I've used, this does tend to split and once it does, it's impossible to reintegrate it into the strand. That said, this is a nice yarn to work with. It's smooth and feels almost like a rayon or cotton blend. The resulting fabric is warm, even hot, as are most synthetics. Of all the mandala yarns I've tried, I like this one best.

Nice yarn
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the yarn is acrylic, which I don't usually like to work with. But this yarn is lovely, very nice to work with and soft. The long color changes and the ombre effect create an interesting project. I wouldn't use it for long-wear projects (again acrylic) but it's great for short wear (baby items, etc).

Very soft and great color
Didn't yet crochet with it..I chose : Zen color ..it is very beautiful: different shades of green..and soft to the touch.. I should have ordered 2 ..maybe'll order more..planning to crochet a shawl ...definitely a good quality acrylic yarn..
