Lion Brand Yarn Mandala Sparkle Draco Light Acrylic Self-Striping Multi-color Yarn

I love the quality of this yarn and the large variety of colors it comes in. Lions Brand always delivers a quality product - I haven't been disappointed with any of their yarns so far, and I've been crafting for over 55 years. It's soft, can be machine washed and dried and holds up to repeated washes. This year I've crocheted 3 baby blankets, 3 purses for young girls, a scarf and I'm working on a summer vest for myself at the moment. I'm also planning on making some holiday ornaments for next Christmas when I'm done with the vest. You can buy it plain or with a metallic filament added to give it a little more sparkle, which is what I'm doing. It works just as well with knitting, as I made a sample before I started on the vest. The colors blend beautifully, especially on larger projects. Smaller ones have more blocks of color instead of stripes, but too each his own. This gives you a choice as to how to use it. It stitches up easily with very little knotting or snarling as you unravel the skein, as long as you don't have cats who like to bite through it as you're working with it! You can also mix it with another type of yarn as long as the gauge is similar. When I couldn't find enough of the color I wanted, I matched it with a similar brand in a contrasting color and it worked just fine.

Very pretty, very lightweight, very durable -yarn doesn't "split" and the metallic/silver stays within the yarn. Make sure and note the type of yarn though, because obviously if one is looking for bulky, this is not your one. But for most any lightweight type of yarn project, this yarn would be durable and delightful.

Love the yarn but didn't like the fact that I have ordered 4 times from Walmart and never got the amount I ordered. They were selling the yarn for $5.97 for s multipack of 3. I wanted 6 all together, which is 2 of the multipack. I have ordered 2 so they sent me 2 individual balls. 4 times I tried getting 2 packs only got 2 individual balls each time. All the customer service people said that is was supposed to be a 3 pack /$5.97. They didn't understand where the problem. Somewhere there is a problem counting. Going to try it again and see what happen. I'll let everyone know.

This yarn has offered the finest selection of colors for my baby shawls ! The Sparkle effect really brings it to life and the mamas seem to really like having them! I crochet items for the Apopka Pregnancy Center and am so filled with joy when they receive a. item that Pleases them as well as me!! Please continue to provide these yarns for us all🙏🕊️

Very soft with the perfect shimmer of sparkle. It's a thinner worsted yarn so you may need to adjust to accommodate for that. Great value and I highly recommend.

I choose this yarn for my pink loving granddaughter, I'm making a lil cocoon for her. It's easy to work with; the colors and bit of sparkle are beautiful.

The combination of blues of Lion brand mandala sparkle “Cepheus” are absolutely gorgeous! It relaxes me just to look at these blues, like looking up at a clear, clean darkening sky. The thin silvery filament in the yarn makes it a bit tricky to work, but the end result is so pretty! This is a thinner yarn suitable for dressy, lacy items.

I had to wait a half hour even though I called up as soon as I got there and used the app. I had to call a second time to get them to bring it to me to be really honest. I would've saved a lot of time if I just would've walked in and gotten it myself.

Not sure how but ordered yarn is a different shade of colors then the aquarius I bought in the store. Disappointing as it doesn't match the rest of the blanket I'm making

Well the yarn is my favorite brand. Problem is I am making a blanket and ordered the draco color way and you sent me aquila. So now I'm stuck and it's your fault. Customer service 1 star.
