This year is really easy to knit with, especially for beginners! I just taught myself to knit last week, and I had an easy smooth time knitting with it. It appears to be truly high-quality and warm. I am really happy with my purchase. The colors are gorgeous. The texture is so soothing, especially with my sensory processing issues, I use a knitting loom, and it truly is thick and quick! I'm able to make hats and headbands with it. It's so nice and I'm happy to have found that's accessible so early in my knitting journey.

I purchased this yarn to make a sweater for my daughter; the sweater is half finished and I'm happy with the texture and color. The yarn is easy to work with and because it's bulky the knitting goes pretty fast. The color is as expected and the quality is great (as always with this brand; it's very good quality for the price. Lion is usually my go-to brand for yarn, dependable quality and wide variety of colors.

Love this yarn for warm and cozy blankets. I held it double with an eyelash yarn for a little fuzzy vibe. Highly recommend yarn. Only downside is that I didn't get all the skeins in the same dye lot, but no one but me noticed. And again, Walmart had the best price and I scoured the online options.

I ADORE this wool blend yarn. It's always a consistent choice. It is fairly priced, easily available in multiple colors and so very soft! I'm currently working on a crochet project with this yarn (a shawl). it's coming together nicely and exactly what I would expect from Lion Brand Wool Ease.

I like the way it works up well but I don't like that it had too many knots in it for the short yardage. It took several skeins to complete the project I was making. I'm grateful, however, that Walmart had it available

I recently knitted an afghan using this yarn that I purchased at another store, and absolutely loved it. I decided to knit another afghan but wanted this yarn in a different color, so I ordered it off the website from Walmart. The price was as low as I could find anywhere, and I was buying enough yarn to qualify for free shipping. A win/win situation. However, when the yarn arrived, I noticed defects on a few of the skeins, where the yarn had unraveled throughout the whole skein, making it unusable. I love the yarn, but was disappointed that Walmart did not examine their product well before shipping it to a customer.

I was shipped 1/4 of yarn that I ordered and then a few days later they cancel order due to delivery problem??? Whatever that means. So I am stuck with a fraction of yarn and not the rest! I won't be ordering yarn from Walmart again. And it's too much of a hassle to return the few skeins I did get!!!

Beware, for a product that says "wool" all over the packaging, it's 10% wool and 90% acrylic (plastic) for $8 a roll, which is what genuine alpaca goes for at many retailers online. I'm so upset. Returning.
