[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how to explain this train set except that it is SO COOL! A sleek look with "retro" type rail cars that bring you back to the good ol' days! Beyond the look you have cool train sounds, a remote, bluetooth capability, and just fun for anyone no matter what the age! We originally intended this to sit as a display / fun piece on top of the dividing wall between the kitchen and living room, but felt like it's too awesome to not have down lower so people can admire. Easy to put together. Easy to understand the use. Just needs an addition of 3AAA batteries!

The details on this train are top notch from the the doors of the cars opening to the little engineer inside the train. Track is very easy to set up and even the detail on the track is nice and very sturdy when clicking together. The look on my son's face after I had everything set up was what any parent wants to see a great big smile. Set up on my phone was easy just download the app and select the train and boom phone controller but you don't have to do that if you don't want to eat up the battery on your phone it comes with a great controller that is very clear and easy to use. Great for you first or to add to any collection.

Me and my kids absolutely love playing with this and the christmas tree set up this year is going to be incredible with this add to it. The sounds the bluetooth , everything about this is perfect and its LIONEL!

The train has really nice power and speed. We have already purchased more cars to add to it because my family enjoys it so much.

This is a very well made and beautiful train. My husband loves trains and has wanted a model for quite a while so I surprised him with this and he is really enjoying it! He did have a hard time figuring it out, but he's not talented that way. I would definitely recommend it!

When I opened the box everything looked beautiful. It is very well built and is hours of enjoyment. The colors are beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great train set! I picture its best use to be as a decoration around a Christmas tree. It sets up in an oval shape with interior space that measures approximately 53 inches by 33 inches. It has very entertaining sounds, but you can turn the sounds off if you want it to be more quiet. Even with the sounds off, it still makes a bit of noise. When I turned the speed up to maximum, I thought for sure the train would go off the tracks but it didn't. The controller requires 3 AAA batteries which are not included. You can also control the train from your phone through their free app. I am very impressed with this train set. I think it would make a great addition to any holiday scene. Excellent product. Recommend.

And the detail on every car is impeccable. I really like that it is blue tooth and there's a lot of features including forward reverse speed you need to be a hornbill and there's even passenger announcements it does require 3 AAA batteries Very well made so realistic it's truly a beautiful train. My husband is a collector of trains & has wanted this model for quite some time. Was easy to figure it out. I really like that you can get add-ons for the train track also you can switch up the track four different tracks you can make very well made. The detail is fantastic so far so good if you have a train lover in your life they will really enjoy this train

very disappointed in the train set. lionel trains are good but do not like or want plastic. in my opinion dont like it
