This is one of the best ........
This workout is indeed the Ultimate for fat burning and toning. The best part is every single workout in this video has 3 levels of intensity . One has to eventually build up the strength and stamina to reach level 3 but till then one can do Level 1 and 2. This has a lot of jumping and movement so definitely not recommended for people with knee and leg problems. I lost 55 pounds following this workout and off course a very clean healthy diet is most important. The workout runs for 45 full minutes and is a wonderful combination of fat burning and muscle toning. Highly Recommended.
