Lip Stick Russet River

I developed an allergy to chemical sunscreen and must now wear mineral sunscreen on my face, but it has been trial and error finding a product to remove the mineral sunscreen. I chose Burt's Bees Cleansing Oil because it is EWG verified, and it works beautifully.

This is the first cleansing oil I have ever used. Truthfully, it was a little hard getting use to the fact that you do not wet your face or hands. You simply apply the cleansing oil onto your hands and rub it on your face. Then you wet your hands and massage the oil into your skin and then rinse. It is amazing how refreshed and smooth your skin feel afterwards. I was worried about breaking out but after two weeks of using, none! Very nice

This oil is not just moisturizing but it smells delicious! It goes on oily but quickly absorbs in without staining clothes. I've had friends try it and they immediately ordered some for themselves. I love it in the summer and winter. It's soothing after a day on the beach while not too heavy and it's just as emollient in our cold northeast winters. I always make sure I have extra bottles for back up.

Very effective in removing make up. I also do facial massage on my face with this prior to using the facial cleanser. My skin is sensitive and dry and my skin loves this. The smell is like baby powder smell which is pleasant but I wish it was 1 notch lesser.

I have often been advised to "double cleanse" in order to thoroughly remove makeup, oil and dirt from my face. I use this oil first, and then follow up with Burt's Bees Truly Glowing Cleansing Gel. My skin feels great afterward- no tightness or over-dried feeling. I love that the oil allows me to massage my skin- like a luxurious facial.

I've been using this cleansing oil for a couple of weeks now and am thoroughly enjoying it. I've gone through a couple of different daily cleaners to remove makeup and clean my face at the end of the day, and this one is definitely my favorite so far. I wear minimal makeup, just eyebrow gel and a coat or two of mascara, but I always find mascara to be hard to remove. This has gotten it off no problem, and I like the way my face and skin feel after.

Removes makeup and whatever my day has left on my face very well. Still need an exfoliator from time to time but am pleased with this product. Rather irritating to my eyes so be careful with this. Not happy that the bottle had leaked into the box it was packaged in so I lost some of the product.A

It works fine, but the smell is strong and unpleasant to me so I prefer another brand.
