Works for me in the long run
3 to 5 drops in your ear, let 5 or so minutes go by, add some warm H2O to wash out the ear and you should be set. I didn't mind the cleansing aid but the warm water I shot in my ear seem to have given me swimmer's ears the first time I tried but I soon learn how to do it right. Product seems to work for me overall.

this item claims to be better than the other earwax removal products on the market so having not been successful with the generic brand I gave it a try. it's no better and is difficult to squeeze the bottle, even after warming it in lukewarm water.
