I tend to get a mild amount of wax buildup in my ears, especially when working outside. I had hoped to see a lot of wax flushed out of my ear but that wasn't the case. There was a small amount of wax that adhered to the included cotton ear plugs, but nothing came out when I flushed the ear canal with warm water. I used the recommended amount of drops, but this product didn't do much for me. It's probably better if you use it when there is a large amount of wax build up.

Although the process was not painful I found it to be somewhat uncomfortable due to inserting drops into my ear and then having to flush it out. In both the circumstances of my own and family members, we did not find this product to be useful. We did not feel a difference in our hearing or did we not notice any wax build up come out. It only left us feeling like we have liquid remaining in our ears.
