Very well worth the money! I wanted this desk for a 5 year old that loves to color and draw. It's perfect for him and he is big for 5 years. The storage under the desktop is also well appreciated!
This was a perfect buy for our 2 Grandchildren. Easy to assemble & good quality. We are thinking about buying another one for 2 other Grandchildren.
Perfect size for a five year old starting school. He loves it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Looks nice and it is just the right size for my tall 6 year old grandson.
This is beautiful and sturdy.
We absolutely love this desk. My first grader sits at it to do his school work and has plenty of room for all of his supplies. It goes nicely with the decor in our home.
It stores most of her art supplies which keeps stuff off her floor. It is beautiful. Only down fall it is not real hard wood and is not super sturdy.
It's beautiful and my grand daughter really loves her new desk.
I was very excited for the table to arrive as pictures of it looked quite nice. One leg had a splintered edge about 6 inches long. The top rung of the chair looked like it had been split and repaired. I tried to put the chair together anyway but the piece split as I drove the screw in. I called the company to let them know. The customer service rep seemed annoyed by my call but said they would replace the parts. I received the parts fairly quickly only to learn that they didn't send the chair back. I had to make a second call and wait to receive a replacement part again. I have to tell you, if the desk pieces were all made as well as the replacement parts, it would be a much nicer piece. I do like the size though; I'm using it for a 7 year old.
Nice desk. Very cute. However the manufacturer could have spent 50¢ extra building the thing and improved it's durability 100X. The issue I have are the (4) short Allen screws that attach the legs to the Desk Top. These (4) screws are too short, and they do not penetrate deep enough into the desk top wall. A little kid is going to play, and it's only a matter of time until one or more of these screws will pull free and the desk will topple over. My suggestion, raise the (4) pre-drilled holes in the desk top about 1", and drill all the way through the wall. Supply (4) bolts, (4) nuts, and (8) washers - and have the user connect the legs to the desk top with my new suggested set up. That's how I fixed it instead of returning it. Incidentally, all the long screws in this installation seem just fine.
