Lipper Writing Workstation Desk & Chair - Pecan

Just got this for my son who is starting kindergarten - the desk and chair are space saving yet big enough for me to sit in comfortably (I'm 140 lbs and 5' 6") - looks daunting when first out of box - quite a few pieces, probably took me 45 minutes to assemble - not complicated, just takes a bit of time. Has a drawer and shelves, looks nice and seems very sturdy, got it on sale for around $140 so was a decent deal.

Well made product, it's solid wood not cardboard! Easy to assemble. My son loves it!

I bought it for my 7 year old. He loved it and its perfect for him.

Solid desk/book shelf combo. Easy assembly and well engineered. Only update I would say: the whole assembly was great, but the two screws that hold the desk drawer handle in place, needed to be longer and a little wider. When I switched out the 2 screws the handle was solid-just like the rest of the desk.

Good limit desk. Somewhat tall 7 year old. Perfect size. Some of the pieces were damaged (minor cracks) so we glued the pieces back together. It worked out fine.

Box had light damage to it, nothing that would cause alarm. Upon preparing the pieces for assembly I noticed there were several pieces damaged, luckily my husband was able to make the necessary repairs, so I could assemble the desk and chair. The product itself is average, definitely not worth the price, and who ever packed it knew those pieces were broken but still packaged them, quality control needs some work.

poor quality!! wood had a ton of chips and cracks.
