Idiotic to send an item that has clearly been ran!
Product arrived damaged, looks to have been ran over due to tire mark over the box!! Why on earth would you ship this to a customer and now not only has the hassle of having to repackage a 15' RV slide cover (as you wont accept damaged packaging!!) but also will not have the cover for when we receive our trailer!!!

I ordered three in 2021 for my Montana Fifth wheel trailer. I took 3 weeks to receive. One was damaged took 4 weeks to get back. One the fabric tore after two seasons. Ordered replacment took 3 weeks and arrived damage. Just ordered replacment two weeks later arrived damaged. Lippert puts in tube with cheesy cap on end and always arrives with parts hanging out and missing or damaged parts. You would think they would figure it out and tape ends. Good product terrible packaging.
