Lipton Iced Tea Mix Black Tea, Raspberry, Caffeinated, 10 Quarts

When Lipton has changed their powdered ice teas, we were sad, but it turned out well - they actually improved them - especially the lemon Zero. We prefer the Zero iced teas with no sugar as the lemon is but are hoping the raspberry will soon be available with no sugar.

I have tried this before at a family members home and really liked it. I gave this to that same family member. I had been eating too much sugar products of late and need to cut down.

I have been looking in all the grocery stores for Lipton's Raspberry Ice Tea mix. They do not carry it anymore. I just happened on the Jet web site and found it! I love the web site and Jet's customer service rocks!! I will be back to use their service again and have already recommended it to my friends. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I love the flavor of the Lipton teas. The raspberry has very good flavor. Being powder - I can make it as light or strong as I like. The 38 quart is great. The price at Sams club is very reasonable. I couldn't find it at the store like I originally did vm but was able to order on line. We have the plus membership so it was free delivery. We live 50 plus miles from Sams club (love the country living) so having delivery is the best.

This is a brand I prefer anyway, so I would go for that more than generic. Sometimes better is just better. It really is a matter of personal taste.

It would be nice if the raspberry tea was in a large container like the sweet tea that makes 28 quarts.

Water is absolutely necessary for a healthy life. But it can be boring and in some places not taste too good. So use this at home to add good taste to your water. It does add calories from the sweetner, so don't use too much if you are watching your weight.

We bought this item because we could not find the raspberry tea in glass jars that we always bought previously. Unfortunately, this tea is more like Kool Aid than iced tea. It is more granular that the powder in the glass jars. It is weak and does not have to good solid taste of the tea we used to be able to get in the glass jars. The only tea we can find in glass jars is lemon but we also wanted to get raspberry and peach.

The product was listed as Lipton Raspberry Ice Tea (with sugar added). I received the product as Zero Sugar. The Zero Sugar is much different than the sugar added. I did NOT want Zero Sugar. I am returning the Zero Sugar. I have since checked Wal-Mart's listing for the sugar added raspberry ice tea. The product has been removed. It was a very disappointing experience.

For as much sugar it has in it, you have to double or almost triple the amount of powder you put in, in order to get any raspberry flavor or any sweetness to it. Not worth the calories IMO. I thought it was going to taste like the bottled stuff, but it doesn't even come close.
