Very refreshing 😉

X delicious X sweet X expensive

Audrey March 16, 2026

The price is outrageous. I have to be "treating myself" when purchasing these. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the extra sweet, BUT it cost way too much now, that I really can't afford to purchase very often. Sad but true. $8.00 per 6pk. You have caviar, I have my Pure Leaf Extra Sweet Tea.... 😔🤤

Refreshing and YES, Brewed with REAL TEA!

DR February 27, 2026

Would be nice if these were cheaper! Tea IS expensive... so balance for balance... it's worth it! Many folks have come to me asking "Is this Southern Sweet Tea?" My response is always "CLOSE - but worth it! Especially when one's trying to keep their sugar intake down!" I know this is BREWED with real Tea Leaves... because several years ago, I had this and it had tea leaves in the bottom of 2 of the bottles I had, so I phoned the manufacturer and was told they DO monitor and sometimes they "leech" out... But to the fact - I SAW tea leaves... assured me that this is not "False Advertising!" Refreshing!

Good quality iced tea

Artemis December 19, 2025

I buy this pure leaf Lipton, extra sweet, real brewed iced tea for my great nephew when he stays over to visit. He happens to love this iced tea very much, but considering most of us know how tea is brewed and what it takes to make it and sweeten it I do personally find this tea on the pricey side for what I'm buying considering it's only six packs of bottles at 16.94 ounces. The price seems too much for what you're actually buying, but I am permanently disabled with a severe traumatic brain injury, and I do not have the time nor the strength nor feel well enough to make my own tea to do this for him, and I really disorder it out of convenience so he will have something he enjoys drinking when he spends time with me at my home. But the tea itself from what I understand from him tastes very good to him, and he does love the extra sweetness, which I personally do not like extra sweet and I drink my tea, plain or sweetened with a couple packets of Stevia. I have had the Lipton, pure leaf tea, unsweetened and I know that does taste good and only bought one bottle when I would eat at certain places that sold it. But my great nephew enjoys the sugary taste finds it refreshing and it makes them happy. So for any others who do like extra sweet tea, I would recommend it to you and I do find the pure leaf. Lipton is a good quality product. I just wish it wasn't so pricey.

Excellent tea- new and insulting price

JK April 10, 2026

It's the best of the commercially prepared grocery store teas I've found, and the only one “extra sweet” which lives up to that name while also still tasting like tea instead of hummingbird nectar. A regular favorite of mine. BUT- I don't buy it from Wal Mart any more after their sudden HUGE LURCH in pricing. Another famous online retailer who shall go unnamed here blows their doors in on the price of a six-pack now. I understand things are more expensive with everything going on around us. I also understand when something is a reasonable price somewhere and now way too expensive somewhere else. Five star review thus becomes a four star review until Wal Mart reconsiders its pricing polciies.

I would first recommend Arizona southern style 12 pack for cheaper than a six pack of this pure leaf extra sweet tea. Both taste exactly the same thing but you get more with Arizona Southern style and you get better flavoring and six more even though that it's missing a .9 ounce.

Gross!

Jessica May 7, 2026

I normally buy the raspberry version of this, and Gold Peak extra sweet tea is my favorite so I thought I'd try this brand and it is awful! I took one sip and immediately looked at the expiration date to make sure it wasn't spoiled. The date was fine. My 20 y/o son who will drink basically anything tried it and he said it was one of the worst things he's ever drank. If you want good sweet tea, biy Gold Peak.
