I was skeptical at first, expecting packets of useless swill. Imagine my surprise when I received not only a 5-pack of great-tasting apple gel (so good that I was tempted to down a second packet), but I received something that made me feel like I'd had a bit of a boost after taking it! Highly recommended - in fact, I'm just now going to buy some more!

I tried these as a protein supplement. I had one straight from the packet and it is a kinda thick sweet solution. I also tried it added in the recommended amount of water.... I can say that I prefer it in chilled water and it doesn't have a weird aftertaste.

In my quest to find protein packs for post workouts I found these pouches on a bariatric site... I'm trying these frozen, refrigerated and room temp So the PROS - Super portable - Don't have to refrigerate - cost is decent at $1 a pouch - come in a variety of flavors - easy to rip open - about the amount of a tablespoon so don't have to swallow a lot CONS - REALLY TASTE HORRIBLE (at least the grape did) - Super sweet and kind of the viscosity of snot... ok runny honey - took it out of the package so I could see what I was ingesting and as you can see it looks kind of like snot... or runny honey - did I say it TASTES HORRIBLE? - You CAN add it to 1-4 oz of water so I may try that Ok not rating at least the room temp one and grape flavored very high 1.4/5 We will see if the frozen or watered down tastes better #LiquaCel

DISGUSTING!!! I purchased the unflavored one & mixed it with some orange juice before tasting it alone. It is thick like pancake syrup and once mixed with the juice, it was beyond sweet. I literally started dumping after drinking it. I will never buy this again. I

Disgusting chemical gel, I bought six flavors and spit out each one. Would rather drink toilet cleaner. Or a regular protein shake.

Absolutely terrible! I had a single sip and it tatsed so aweful I had to toss it out. And the terrible taste lingers in the mouht, had to drink and eat soemthing to get rid of the horrible taste.

These tasted terrible. In fact I even tasted it again because it had so many great reviews but after 2 tastes of it, it was so bad that I had to toss it out.
