This is a good product. My doctor was concerned that my vitamin levels, specific to supporting bariatric surgery, were not being met. I was disgusted by the chewable vitamins and regular caplet vitamins were out of the question. However 2 tablespoons of this product per day has satisfied the level of vitamin support for my surgery. My doctor was satisfied through a most recent blood workup. Therefore I am satisfied. The product is palatable and takes a small amount of room capacity in the stomach and sits well with no discomfort. My usual habit is two tablespoons poured in a glass and washed down with a sip of fresh water.

I drink this undiluted from a small measuring cup…and it tastes awful…so I immediately follow with a mouthful of water. I can say that it tastes better than most of the bitter chewables that I have tried. Individual taste sensitivities vary. I’ve only been taking this about a week and can feel a difference in energy and clarity, though I haven’t had blood work done yet to prove it’s working. So, I’ll keep taking this liquid vitamin as long as I can find stuff to mix it with! Definitely worth a try!

I am able to take directly from bottle without juice! Love that! After 1 week I am experiencing more energy so the absorption is excellent! I am very pleased!

The taste is a little fruity but easy to swallow overall. It makes me feel energized after taking it due to the fast absorption. The delivery and service was great!

I have a very narrow esophagus and I am unable eat or swallow pills. I am on a full liquid diet for the next few months. This liquid multivitamin are a blessing! Thank you’

This is so much easier than swallowing pills or chewing a huge chewable! And I feel like my body really absorbs it better. My hair and nails and skin look great!

Flavor isn't the best but the difference between the absorption of the pills vs the liquid makes a big difference if my energy level daily. Put those college skills to use and knock it back like a shot and you'll be fine lol

The taste is definitely not good. However it does not hurt my stomach like the capsules and chews do. So I just plug my nose and swallow and then rinse my mouth right away. Hoping to feel better soon.

I purchased the liquid vitamins because i like the fact that it's better absorbed straight into my blood stream. The taste isn't bad either! Neither was the price. But the delivery was a day late getting to my door.
