It relaxes me. It does exactly what each ingredient says it is supposed to do! I gave some to my stressed out daughter in law and it calmed her!!!! I told her it would. Now I am buying another one for me and one for her!
I had been looking for a liquid collagen product and I'm so happy I found this. Already seeing hair growing faster, healthier skin, and my joints and back are less achy. I recommend this to anyone with thinning hair. Love the Ashwagandha for stress relief. Great combo to keep your body healthy. This stuff works!
