We use this every few months or so on our sensitive plumbing and it keeps our drains clear but you have to be very careful because if it splatters it with peel the paint.

My bath tub was clogged with hair I had tried drano and snake nothing else worked this unclogged it I haven't had any issues in weeks I keep a back up bottle now just in case.
