Liquid Iron, 8 fl oz (237 ml), by NOW Foods

I've had muscles twitching in my legs at night / semi-restless legs and I was surprised when taking iron did the trick. No gut issues with the supplement too - an important feature of this form of iron. The supplement was very effective for me, so 5 stars is merited. However, the cap on the bottle could use a bit of a redesign so that it's easier to pour from.

I've tried several brands of liquid iron, and although this one may not taste as good as some, I always find it superior in quality and effect. Now liquid iron helps me feel better faster and longer than brands that taste better at the same dosage rate. I'll stay with Now because it works.

It has a great taste and works well. I started feeling a difference after the first use. I was so happy with the result that I sent a bottle to my relative and he too was sold on its efficacy.

I like the liquid iron as it is hard to swallow pills. I take 2 tsp in 8oz water

Flavor is good. Love that it is in liquid form and can mix with water. Have not used ling enough to determine effectiveness.

The taste is strange, but not bad. I would order it again.

I bought this for my husband, too early to tell if it is helping, not as expensive as other name products.

Cheaper but definitely makes your stomach twist. not worth the pain.
