So we have accidentally become a very large liquid IV family. We buy all the flavors variety packs, multi pack, sugar-free packs and my kids actually drink these just fine. You add one package to a bottle of water or a cup of water and they will drink them. it flavors the water well I prefer the sugar-free and as well for my kids, but my husband prefers the watermelon so this one is his and he drinks it every week at least one a day he takes it to work with him and it's so easy to use and pack for pack for him and his lunch so he loves it. We definitely recommend the watermelon. He has to stay hydrated while working outside. But it is so easy to mix just by shaking without stirring. We love these. Has vitamins in the mix too!
This Liquid IV in fruit punch is different than I imagined. I really like how it's not sweet and artificial tasting, it's a bit salty. The fruit punch taste is light, without any aftertaste. I enjoyed how it doesn't have artificial colors, either. I was expecting a hot pink, but it just gave a cloudy appearance to the water. I will definitely buy again!
With Liquid I.V. hydration Multiplier , Electrolyte drink mix,is much faster absorbed into your body system, mixing with just a spoon in a tall glass of water, provides much fast way to get the importance of water plus B3, B6, B12 B5 plus Vitamin C , Great tasting, mixes well, Great for taking after a workout, or sport playing game. Package contains 6 Sticks. Non -GMo, Dairy Free. Great replacement for drinking water alone, so many more benefits
I use these all the time in my water and they always make me feel better. It’s gotta be working. The other flavors are good as well. Mixes easy with water not weird tasting or anything. Easy to travel with and just throw in your purse etc.. on the go. All the ingredients seem to be pretty good too.
Liquid I.V. ELECTROLYTE drink mix gives your body faster hydration than water alone. It's non gmo , vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and soy free. It has 3x the electrolytes as traditional sports drinks and 5 essential vitamins. It also has a great taste with natural fruit flavors. The only down side is that it contains 11 grams of pure cane sugar per serving.
Electrolytes are essential these days for the overall function of the body. So many foods drain us of the proper nutrients we need in order to function. That's why taking electrolytes with other minerals are vital for good health. I did get a surge of energy from taking Liquid I.V. Hydration Electrolyte Powder however, my only draw back is that I wish it also had magnesium in it and less sugars. Outside of it does what's intented.
The drink mix was a lot more sweet than I expected. Actually, it was extremely sweet. Looking at the ingredient list the first six items are sweet in their natural form. The grape flavor was good choice. Honestly, I could not tell if I received the increased hydration this drink mix provides, but I am not an athlete so the benefits are probably be minimal in my circumstances. One package only mixes with 16 oz of water or one standard bottled water. Because it is soo sweet, I plan to mix the beverage power with a larger quantity of water to make it less sweet.
I had high hopes but I was let down pretty quickly. The mix makes the water way too foamed up. The taste is rough. It has a grape leftover taste in your mouth but trying to drink it past the foam is hard, definitely doesn't have a good taste and I really didn't feel anymore hydrated than if I were drinking plain water so I'm on the fence about it.
I understand the purpose of this hydrating powder, in terms of replacing electrolytes, and I respect their mission of donating product to match purchases. I was hoping that it would be a both a tasty and healthful way to hydrate after a workout or long hike. Unfortunately, it has a pronounced fake grape taste (like sucking on a scented purple magic marker) and it's quite salty, which doesn't help my thirst. Also, the first two ingredients are sugar and dextrose - which you need if, say, you've been vomiting - but are not ideal after a healthy workout. I mixed the first packet of powder that I tried in 16 oz of water, as directed, but there was still a fine film of unmixed powder on the bottom of my cup; I think it would taste batter and would dissolve better in 20-24 oz of water. I'll keep this in my medicine cabinet to rehydrate after a fever or stomach flu, but I wouldn't use it regularly.
Ok let me start off with it's not terrible, but it isn't good either. The flavor I got (grape) well let's just say I had a bottle of water all day with this stuff in it and it took me all I had to finish it by the end of the work day when I usually go thru at least 3 bottles of water. Some may like it but I did not care for it at all. Not really sure how well it hydrated me maybe it did and that's why I only drank that one bottle for the day and i am chalking it up to the flavor. I'll have to give it a whirl again but try to keep my opinion of the taste out of the equation. It does come in individually wrapped packets so you can take it on the go which is nice. Like I said I'll have to try it again and come back for a definite assessment of the product.
