Perfect recovery drink
I love this product, it helps me hydrate after a workout. I add creatine to it and it’s the perfect recovery drink.

Tastes great. Just make sure to mix it with a large glass of water (not a small glass of water), since it contains enough electrolyte powder for a large glass of water.

For the Zinc 🥭
I buy this product specifically for the Zinc, to boost the immune system.🥭 Without the Zinc, there really isn’t the incentive to buy this product, as similarly flavored products from Liquid IV sell for sometimes $20 less at Costco.

Immunity support
This is possibly one of my favorite combo's. The flavor is amazing and I love that it includes the immune support while I'm getting my electrolytes in. I've only been taking it for a short period of time, but plan on ordering more especially as we get into “sick season”. The look forward to the results.
