Knowing that heat is our number issue during the hot summer months, Liquid IV brings them great relief. They love trying the new flavors and some are loyal to the original flavors but nonetheless it quenches their thirst on another level. Once a month is not enough, I wish there was a bigger discount i could get :).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watermelon is my go-to flavor for all of my electrolytes. It's refreshing and the flavor balances out the salt perfectly. I live in a hot desert climate where the temp is easily 105-110 degrees in the summer and do hot yoga and Lagree so my water jug always has Liquid IV in it. Since I've added electrolytes to my daily water, I've felt a noticeable difference with my energy since my body is better able to absorb water. I just wish the sugar-free watermelon was available.

This is one of several flavors that I purchased for my son who spends a lot of time outdoors physically active. He has enjoyed every flavor he has tried. I also use them when I play softball and while at work. I like how easy they are to carry along and this tastes great.

Love this watermelon flavor of electrolytes to keep me hydrated while working long days in the Southern California heat! Definitely saved me on multiple occasions from dehydration and heat exhaustion. Makes drinking water and starting hydrated significantly easier for me!!

It tastes better than other electrolyte drinks I've tried and it is less expensive than some of the other options.
