Liquid I.V.® Lemon Lime Hydration Multiplier® Sugar-Free Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix, 6 Count Packets

I had not been feeling well for a few days and ended up dehydrated. I started the liquid IV raspberry flavor and within several hours, I started feeling better. Recently my sister was not feeling well, and she was dehydrated and I told her about the liquid IV. She got a different flavor and she said she feels so much better since she's been drinking that as well. I highly recommend it

The flavors are pretty spot on. I have tried a few — and really thought that the lime-citrus was going to be my preferred. Surprisingly, I love this flavor; peach; apple. It does not taste “sugar free” (to me). I use 1/2 packet for about 12 ounces and then keep adding water as I drink. A 1/2 packet lasts me about 24-36 ounces.

I brought this item because it was recommended for a visit from the ER whereas I lost too much volume in my body. The very day I took after I arrived home was like a rejuvenation to my body. I recommend becore using any ither bottled hydration drink.

I have chronic migraines syndrome. And many times after a migraine I feel like I have had the flu or been really sick. I find that this definitely helps me to feel better faster. I would recommend anybody who gets migraines to give it a try for the day after

this stuff has been a life saver for us many times. a family member went through a strange heart rate condition called POTS. This stuff helped so much. and on vacation, in heat, when sick, with pre-workout, anytime.. it's great! we're so grateful for it

I really like these sugar-free Liquid I.V. packets. They're an easy way to stay hydrated without the added sugar, and the flavor is refreshing. They mix well with water and are perfect to keep on hand for busy days, travel, or anytime I want to make drinking water a little more enjoyable. I'll definitely keep buying them!

My favorite flavors in the sugarfree category are Raspberry Melon, Green Apple, Lemon Lime, Mandarin Orange, White Peach and Rainbow Sherbet! AND I'm one of those people who DETESTS sugarfree anything!!! I HATE the taste %26 aftertaste both! 😭 SO IT'S HUGE that I LOVE the Liquid IV's sugarfree line of packets!! We found them accidentally (a VERY HAPPY accident!!) while doing the Carnivore diet (which means 100% NO sugar %26 you're supposed to avoid anything sweet, including sugarfree so you can kill the sugar cravings) but on that diet %231 you NEED your electrolytes!! And I found a %232 YUMMY way to get them first thing in the morning with 1 packet in a full 32oz bottle and then I just drink plain water while I eat and until bedtime. PLUS you get 5x the hydration too. I WON'T EVER NOT HAVE THEM, PERIOD!! There's a box that sits on my bedside table, and I keep a variety of packets in my purse, my shoulder bad and our travel bag if we're gone for more than a day!! I CAN'T recommend them enough, they're 1,000/10 in my opinion!! ❤️ LIQUID IV, SPONSOR ME PLEASE!!! I DON'T HAVE A SINGLE NEGATIVE THING TO SAY ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!! ❤️

I have tried many different sugar free products to add to water. I never found one that I really liked until I found Liquid I.V. The taste is so good and enjoyable to drink. I do highly recommend Liquid I.V. in the flavor of your choice, mine is lemon lime.

I really like these Liquid I.V. pouches because they make it easy to add flavor to my water and encourage me to drink more. They're convenient to keep on hand, especially on busy days. The flavors taste good and they're an easy way to make hydration feel less boring!

I am sick with no GI upset. It was recommended to do electrolytes because I’m not wanting to eat that much do to exhaustion. I took two sips of this and within ONE HOUR had uncontrollable diarrhea. Decided maybe it was coincidence so tried again and had uncontrollable diarrhea within ONE HOUR. Clearly from this product. Causing diarrhea is certainly the exact opposite of what my body needs. I will never use this product again
