I use these packets in my water everyday at the end of the day to make sure I am hydrated everyday. They work great when I am sick or just need a pick me up. Would highly recommend. I buy the sugar free with my favorite flavors being white peach and sherbet.
These are great for hydrating the body. I feel the price is a bit high for just 8 packs. Granted, you pay for what you get but, these are just too expensive.
I spent 18o days in and out of the hospital because of dehydration. Doctors said eat more salt, my salt was low . My postman gave me some of this and it worked wonders. The salty taste took some getting used to. But I'm no longer passing out.
My partner loves these for work, and so do her coworkers. I've tried some of hers and it's not bad. Overall: It's good, works for intended purpose and the variety keeps taste fatigue from being a problem.
I started drinking this product as I felt muscles cramping in my legs because of my diet restrictions. I do not drink the 24 oz drink everyday or do I drink the one serving all at once. I like sipping the 24 oz serving throughout the day. I have not experienced any muscle cramps since I started sipping the liquid.
So this year after having my son I decided I need more when drinking water. After speaking to another nursing mom I realized that I am drinking a lot of water but I am not replenishing what I put out. So I started using these packets in my water. I drink 3 , 40oz bottles of water that are mixed with the liquid IV. It has helped with keeping my hydrated. I highly recommend it to those who don't like water. LOL
Liquid IV is my go to daily to fight dehydration. The flavor is strong so I place it in greater than the 16 oz. It is costly but medically necessary for me. There are so many flavors! My favorites are açaí. My least favorite flavor is lemon lime because it is tart and I can taste the minerals.
These taste so amazing! It’s like I went out to my own organic garden and freshly picked the flavors. Every sip leaves a wonderful lingering taste. So glad I tried these! I’ll be a satisfied customer for life!
I really like these. Just wish they weren't so expensive. Love the white peach.
I purchased these for my elderly parents who have dementia and were dehydrated. I took a sip of the raspberry flavor myself just to check for reasons either would complain and found there's a chalky consistency and aftertaste. As expected both of my parents complained about the taste, but I asked them to drink anyhow as recommended by their medical teams. There was no noticeable difference in their hydration statuses after 24 hours, but a few days later I could tell. I don't contribute the change totally to Liquid I.V. as I made sure they were drinking much more water as well.
