The flavors are pretty spot on. I have tried a few — and really thought that the lime-citrus was going to be my preferred. Surprisingly, I love this flavor; peach; apple. It does not taste “sugar free” (to me). I use 1/2 packet for about 12 ounces and then keep adding water as I drink. A 1/2 packet lasts me about 24-36 ounces.

I have chronic migraines syndrome. And many times after a migraine I feel like I have had the flu or been really sick. I find that this definitely helps me to feel better faster. I would recommend anybody who gets migraines to give it a try for the day after

I brought this item because it was recommended for a visit from the ER whereas I lost too much volume in my body. The very day I took after I arrived home was like a rejuvenation to my body. I recommend becore using any ither bottled hydration drink.

I had not been feeling well for a few days and ended up dehydrated. I started the liquid IV raspberry flavor and within several hours, I started feeling better. Recently my sister was not feeling well, and she was dehydrated and I told her about the liquid IV. She got a different flavor and she said she feels so much better since she's been drinking that as well. I highly recommend it

The peach flavor is particularly good. I think it's very it's for this kind of drink. It's it's pretty peachy no but clean no you can. It's like you can taste it. It's good. I recommend this liquid IV to anyone that once hydration. This is the one I gave it to you and his flavorful for everything you've given me.

As someone that has AFib triggered by dehydration, Liquid IV has become my go to for quick hydration with ions. It wasn't until a emergency room physician told me that I was I dehydrated and connected me to an IV, that I realized that dehydration was my AFib Trigger. This works for me and your experience may vary, but when I sense that my pulse isn't quite right and notice my hydration is low, I mix a batch of the sugar Liquid IV and quickly drink. I use an Apple watch and Kadia Mobile to monitor my heart and rhythm. So far, results have been excellent. Now, I tell all my friends that when they need quick hydration, reach for the Liquid IV. I highly recommend it especially for the hot Texas summers.

I normally love Liquid IV and I can drink most things, sugar-free. I expected so much from the sugar free Cherry Ring Pop flavor because that is one of my favorite flavors of candy. It has a lot of flavor but at least to me, it kinda almost tastes like cherry candy mixed with cherry cough syrup. Maybe if it wasn't sugar free, it would taste more like cherry ring pop. I i am a little disappointed, and maybe it's just me. I would probably still get it or just stick to my overall favorite flavor which is either the sugar. I bought the White Peach thinking it would have a pleasant taste, but this stuff has the same aftertaste as the prep solution before a colonoscopy!! It's horrible!! I could not finish the first packet and threw the rest in the trash!!

I am sick with no GI upset. It was recommended to do electrolytes because I’m not wanting to eat that much do to exhaustion. I took two sips of this and within ONE HOUR had uncontrollable diarrhea. Decided maybe it was coincidence so tried again and had uncontrollable diarrhea within ONE HOUR. Clearly from this product. Causing diarrhea is certainly the exact opposite of what my body needs. I will never use this product again

The initial flavor is pretty good. But the after taste is dreadful. Very medicinal like…bitter almost. I tried the DripDrop version and it was really good but couldn’t find the one I liked so tried these on a whim…. For the price I’ll force myself to drink them since they do the job intended but the flavor is AWFUL. I mixed it with water, the second time with unsweetened tea and third time with sugar free Red Bull…. All 3 equally bad.
