I love the taste, easy travel packets and they help with dehydration. They are a little expensive but I think it's worth it.

I‘be been looking for a supplement that would help with my daily hydration. I wanted something that did not taste salty and that has not been an easy task. The Liquid IV Strawberry flavor is absolutely perfect. It is delicious and does not taste salty at all, but it 100% does the job I want it to! I will be buying this again and again.

Hands down my favorite and a staple in my hydration regimen. I run ultras and don't typically do the trendy Tailwind stuff. But these little packets make the consistency happen at every aid station. And that is imperative during summer and only having one kidney! Not sure the nutrients aspect, but it keeps me moving.

Keeps me on top of my hydration at work! As a teacher, having the strawberry in my water bottle keeps me sipping all day. I love the flavor and find it most enjoyable and refreshing. It's a must have for my day!

I love this flavor the most taste like real strawberries and by splitting a pack between two bottles of water the flavor is strong enough and it gives me the extra bottle of water daily I feel more hydrated and have that great kick of flavor and benefits .

I got so tired of drinking nothing but water all day, every day that I would struggle staying hydrated from time to time. I got permission from my nephrologist to give Liquid IV a try and it's been a game changer. I now drink a Liquid IV each day at the point I'm tired of water and it's a refreshing change of pace that satisfies my desire for something different and helps with my hydration. I'm happier and my kidney function has been staying above 60! The Strawberry flavor is my go to, but all the other flavors I've tried are great too!

Love Liquid IV. I really don't like drinking water. Love the Strawberry- it helps me get the daily hydration I need. Like that I can save $ with the subscription, but I think it's a little cumbersome to order and adjust the schedule and flavors
