i suffer from an blood disorder requiring me to stay hydrated or I'm dizzy and fall and faint i tried this watermelon flavored iv drink and it's wonderful and worth the price i use one or two pack a day with water and i haven't had any problems with hydration it really works and the taste is great i strongly suggest purchasing this product it's worth the price to stay hydrated and healthy!

So I got extremely sick and my family doctor recommended me to buy them to rehydrate. Although they are pricey they saved me from dehydration and I avoided being admitted to the hospital!! I tried many flavors and only liked the watermelon and I could tolerate the strawberry. I would recommend to anyone who is suffering from dehydration because it will definitely get you back on track and in my case, I avoided an expensive hospital bill and the horrible IV'S that come along with administering liquids. I'd rate it a 8/10.

This hydration is great for dieting! I use one drink mix per gallon, per day. It gives regular water enough taste to be interesting and you will have a better chance at drinking a gallon of water in a day than regular water. The hydration obviously helps your skin, liver and overall health!

Both my husband have difficulty staying hydrated here near Palm Springs. We’ve discovered if we each drink at least two of these packets per day, in approximately 40 o. Of water we can avoid becoming dehydrated. No dizziness, no becoming unsteady or becoming unwell as a result?. They’ve been part of our lifestyle for at least a couple of years.

This is my favorite flavor in the liquid ivs. It has a strong taste and not watery tasting. I think they are a bit overpriced and I've never been able to find the watermelon in anything bigger than a box of 6, unfortunately.

Liquid IV is great for my brother who has cancer. The watermelon flavor is great as well are to limit his acidic drinks. Keeps his hydrated throughout the day.

Liquid I.V.'s watermelon flavor is my go-to for staying hydrated. It significantly improves my overall daily productivity. It has become an essential part of my daily routine. The watermelon flavor is exceptional and highly refreshing.

I love the flavor! Makes me feel like i am eating watermelon and salt on a hot sunny day.

This tastes good and is effective at replenishing electrolytes. My only issue is that it contains stevia leaf extract unnecessarily. Stevia has a plethora of side effects and makes these taste bitter. I've had to extremely limit my intake of this brand of electrolyte drinks, Liquid IV, because of the effects of stevia. It already contains cane sugar. The stevia is not even necessary, and it ruins a very good thing.
