If you are having a stomach bug or period is right around the corner, this powder will save you. For stomach bugs it will ensure that your dehydrated body will gain hydration better. For periods, I've tried it for 3 cycles, and so far little to no cramps, not as big of mood swings, and lighter flow. 10/10 would recommend. Disclaimer - do not overconsume.

this is the best tasting out of all of the various flavors of liquid I.V. liquid I.V. itself is a pretty neat product, I definitely notice the difference drinking this versus plain water in terms of hydration. It's basically great tasting pedialyte for adults, but in a fast paced world that isn't a bad thing.

These might be my favorite flavor so far!! I’ve tried quite a few and this one is sweet and tasty! I feel like it helps when I’m needing some extra hydration or getting over a bug.

Great way to stay hydrated. A little bit goes a long way with this concentrated powder. Cherry flavor has a nice juicy flavor, not synthetic tasting at all.

Its one of the better tasting I.V. I've had so far. Thats the reason for the 4 stars. Unfortunately, in my last order the box had been opened and about 4 packets were missing. Regardless of how fast pickers have to be, they should at least insure the product they choose hasn't been tampered with.

This product when used regularly can cause heart palpitations due to the high daily sodium content. Also, the vitamin B6 toxicity can give funky symptoms as well. Throw these out or get a refund!
