I used this product on some loose black stone in landscaping beds to make the stone solid. It took 4 coats of spraying them but now I can walk on the stones and they don't move and I can blow leaves off them and they don't move around. Next week I will try it on some mulch. Make sure you spray it when the temperature is warm so they can dry.
One side of our home has pea-sized pebbles as a cover beside a path way. The pebbles were always getting disturbed or washed away. I saw a Youtube gardening video that mentioned this product so though I would try. Ordered it direct and it came very quickly. Followed the directions and it has been perfect! Went down easy and the pebbles look good and stay in place. I will touch up every year or so (Ottawa, Canada has long, wet winters) but I am very happy.
We used the mulch glue on our river stone walkway surrounding the house and are very pleased with the results. Initially we used a watering can to cover the pebble stones but we wasted too much product. Covering the stones with the sprayer was much more consistent and evenly spread and it was easier to be surgical around the pavers even if we covered them with cardboard. 2 applications are sufficient. The stones are intact and it’s now comfortable to walk over the stones and not get that sinking feeling with each step. Next spring I’m redoing my gardens and absolutely use it for mulch. We had some delivery issues but the customer centric team at Liquid Rubber fixed the issue lickety split! The price, when purchased directly with Liquid Rubber was, by far, better than what we saw with any other retailer. So that was a bonus. All in we would definitely recommend this product.
Excellent Product!! Used about 2 and 1/2 gallons on our brick chips as we redid our sidewalk and did not want our brick chips to go everywhere. Very easy to apply, took 2 full coats & now they are permanently stuck. Very shiny coating & very happy with purchase. Shipping was also very fast.
I used their product once. Undeniable the best I have used. Most certainly will buy again The ease of use is what sold me, but the texture of the product is by far better than any competitors.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked well. Needed a few coats. We shall see how it holds up in winter ( snow etc). Did not have enough for all fl beds around house. Sadly too expensive to do all the beds.
The product works well. We used it to protect the mulch in our backyard. I was sceptical at first, but I must say it did put a layer that feels like rubber on top of the mulch. But there are 2 downsides : 1) The time it takes to apply the product becomes a painstaking process if you need to cover a large area; 2) It's near impossible to clean the sprayer used to apply the product, making the sprayer a one-time-only purchase.
I recently used this mulch glue in my garden and couldn’t be more impressed. It’s an excellent product that does exactly what it promises—holds mulch in place, even through wind and rain. Application was straightforward with a standard sprayer, and it dried clear without any residue or discoloration. The results have been fantastic: no more messy mulch scattered around after storms or leaf blowers. It also helps maintain a neat, clean look around my flower beds and pathways. I’ve noticed a big difference in both appearance and maintenance time. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to keep their landscaping sharp and low-maintenance. Great value and performance!
Didn't seem to stick very good. Wood chips still move around, I sprayed the product on according to directions but the chips didn't stick together. The liquid I got on my hand seemed to be really sticky though. Lol
This mulch glue DOES NOT WORK. Very disappointing, especially considering the price point as this was not the 'cheapest' deal I could find. I bought it based on reviews, but the glue just didn't hold up for us. We laid down sheets of plastic first, then laid down 10 bags of mulch, and then poured the glue into a sprayer and applied multiple layers on the mulch until it was all gone. We waited for 2 days to allow it to cure, but it's all still very loose mulch. Nothing is glued or secured. Do not recommend.
