Purchased as a Christmas present for my husband and he loves it! He really likes how sturdy it is, how he is able to adjust the height of the seat and the bar so he can prop his leg up if he chooses. I looked around at various sellers and Wal mart had the best price and quick shipment time. I enjoy seeing my husband playing guitar on his new stool

Well, firstly it is very sturdy, back adjust up and down and it tilts based on your back. the seat can be sealeated from the base. The base folds. The seat is contoured, so you may want to use some additional foam for extreme extended sitting. the foot grips may roll under foot pressure, I wrapped tape on the edges for that. Overall, I good product and the price at the time was right at Walmart.com.

Was looking for a comfortable chair to use while practicing and playing guitar live to prevent getting too weary from standing. Needs to be easy to get in & out of, with a footrest so the guitar rests on a leg to take weight off the strap. Had it three days and already love it... Great adjustabity!

The stool is well made and very solid. I should note I have only had it for two days but have used it for 4-5 hours. I'm impressed with its stability, love the adjustable foot rest BUT the seat is very uncomfortable.Have you ever ridden a bicycle with a terrible seat? Well that's what it feels like, I have tried adjusting positions with no relief. As I said it's only been 2 days and I will give it a few more tries before giving up. I just wanted to update my review, it's been over a month and I switched back and forth from my old wooden stool to this seat with no success. Then I took the backrest off and used it like a drum seat, after a few adjustments I'm very happy and use this seat everyday. The back rest even pushed as far back as it goes still forced me to far forward which was very uncomfortable. I'm glad I found a solution and hope this helps others.

Comes well packaged and is easy to assemble. Also adjustable to fit your body position for playing. The seat is very hard and uncomfortable. I can't set on it for more than 1/2 hour. I usually practice for several hours a day and this seat doesn't work for that.
