Liquid form is best to get the vitamins you need!
What I like about the vitamin D liquid vitamins is it is easy to use. You can put it under your tongue and it abords quickly and without having the swallow. I liked that I could order it online when sometimes I do not find it in the store. It makes it very convenient.

It does the job
It has almost no flavor (other than the slight flavor of the oil). I put it in my morning coffee, and it has brought my vitamin D levels up to normal from the low single digit it had been. It's affordable, easy to incorporate into your routine, and it works. Can't find any fault with it.

This liquid vit d3 has a bland smooth taste. It would be nice if it had like a orange all natural flavor to it. Package is clear and sealed tightly.
