so i put it in some juice every morning taste great! the energy and it help you feel good! my husband started taking it and it has help with tingling and pain he get in his legs and feet ! my daughter i give some to my daughter and she says it helps her keep up with her 2 young children and helps her mood! i totally recommend!!

this product is magic I struggled with winter blues tired ,over eating in a few days I was myself again yoga cooking, dancing in the cold weather I recommend no more trouble sleeping or getting out of bed

Absolutely love this! I definitely feel a bit of energy once I have it. I love it comes really well packaged and comes in a glass bottle. I mix this in with some juice or water in the morning and sometimes I take a bit in the afternoon if I notice my energy starts to go down. My doctor had done some blood tests and said my Vitamin B levels were down and suggested a liquid vitamin for me as it is absorbed in the body faster. So my cousin helped me do some research and recommended this product and I'm so thankful she did. It really has helped feel less sluggish after a few days of taking it.. take it for a few days and you will slowly see a difference!

Taste good and i feel great when i am vitamin B

Tastes like 'multivitamin', not overly sweet, perfumey, or bitter as some liquid supplements can taste. Glass bottles used are better than plastic, but fragile, and can be sensitive to weather I keep mine in the fridge. The only real negative is that 1 of the 3 bottles had some mold 'under' the cap when I opened it. It likely wasnt kept upright at all times, so some of the vitamin got under the cap then air got in and some mold formed. The other 2 bottles didn't have that and were fine.

I dislike the taste of this vitamin, it's citrus but they added a peachy flavor and it covers the vitamin taste well but the peach and citrus doesn't mix well for me . However it does what it's supposed to and my body feels better when taking it I just have trouble with consistency because of the taste I hope this helps someone.

I thought I would give this a try because my favorite brand was out of stock. It tastes GROSS and I didn't receive any of the great results! Don't waste your money!

TWO OF THREE BOTTLES ARRIVED LEAKING. What a mess! WalMart wants me to drive to the nearest WalMart (2 hours out of my day) to return it! Talk about DUMPING the PROBLEM on the CUSTOMER!!!
