From the first night I used this I fell asleep nicely but the best thing is I woke once and went back to sleep as needed. No hangover sleepiness in the morning. I was surprised I usually go to sleep okay but back up in 1-2 hours and continue waking throughout the night.

Works as expected. You do have to keep cold once you open. But it works fine!
