Nice bag!
I was pleasantly surprised when this backpack arrived. I hadn't it used long-term yet so I can't speak to its durability, but it feels strong. It came with a cute keychain and stickers. I like the pockets and straps. My only concern is the interior and water bottle pockets are smaller than my previous bag, but I think it will be fine. I was still able to get everything inside.

Surprise! Pink Trim--did not work!
Color--PINK trim. I loved this book bag with its vibrant color. My children's school requires clear backpacks and w/there being so many children of different grades all having the same backpacks, I wanted my children's to stand out in colors they love. I have sons and this particular bookbag couldn't work b/c the zipper and little cute adornment hanging from it were all pink and very girly looking. They were not for my boy. That was disappointing. The only stars missing is for not advertising that very obvious trim color choices.

Broken on day 2 of carrying.
The hanging strap frayed and was completely broken on the 2nd day my daughter took it to school. It will not let me attatch a picture of it.
