Works well! No more worries about leaving air bubbles in car cooling sytem when I flush and change coolant.......and no more spilled coolant. Attach the funnel to radiator spout, over fill the funnel (about half way) , start the engine and run until radiator blow comes on. Run for a while longer. As coo;ant begins to circulate thru the engine then watch the air bubbles bubble up through the coolant in the funnel. Run engine until no more bubbles bubble up through the excess coolant in the funnel. No more bubbles means no more air bubbles left in the engine. I have a 99 Honda Accord and because air bubbles remained in the cooling system the car would not start cold and even when the car started the coolant fan would not go on. After I removed the air using the no spill funnel the car starts perfectly and coolant fan runs at the appropriate time and temp. PS Spent two days chasing what I thought was a short or a faulty sensor before I found I had bubbles in the coolant that were was causing all the malfunctions. PSS I followed Honda procedures when draining and replacing old coolant but that procedure did not remove all the bubbles in the coolant system ...but No Spill Funnel removed all the bubbles! I like Spill free Funnel a lot!!
This thing is Fantastic! How did I ever get by without this, I mean seriously, this thing makes refilling your radiator a breeze, I mean I have gotten lazy and this thing fills the spot like nobody's business! Get one, no regrets
Fittings worked for my car. No leaks. Easy to set up. I finally got the air out of my system so my heat works now. Definitely recommend if you need to get air out of your coolant system.
It's a pretty tool set up flush and bubble cooling sistem
Never used one of these before, got all the air out of my cooling system and my fan began working again.
This is one of those, why didn't I think of that products. Works great.
The most efficient tool every mechanic needs! Excellent for working cleanly and easily.
We bought this after a troublesome Honda wouldn't rid itself of air. This worked just as it should, drained some of the antifreeze and then used the funnel to add some and all the air was eliminated.
It worked as expected, except 2 negative points that made me deduct the one star rating: - No drawings to simplify how to use this item. I had to search on the web for video, to learn how to use it. - "Lisle" is not printed at all on any part of the pamphlet, so I thought I received a similar item.
I bought a yellow hard plastic funnel. They sent me a clear plastic funnel, which I could've bought for half price from a local auto part store.
