I could never floss effectively, fingers too big, and dental sticks were too tiny to work. With this long handled tool it makes it fairly easy.

I received this product for free from Home Tester Club in exchange for my honest review and opinions. I have really enjoyed using the Listerine Ultraclean Access Starter Pack. Such a simple tool that is used to get into all the hard to reach places in your mouth so that you can clean and freshen your entire mouth. It cleans below the gum line by easily gliding the floss up and down in between each tooth. It's easy to replace the heads with a snap off and snap on technique. It's perfect for kids and adults and promotes healthy dental practices.

This makes the second flosser that broke in my mouth during use. I love your product. It's the ONLY way to floss! I just want you to manufacture them so they would bend and not snap off without warning. This last time, it cut my mouth. I just want you to know that they are breaking.

I too need the unflavored refills because the flavored ones make me sick. Are you planning to make new ones or do I have to find something else to use? I have used these for years and love them, but I'm not going to buy a new one just to get 5 or 6 unflavored refills.

First of all, I wish you could still buy the flossers in a variety of colors as you could under the Reach label. It makes it a lot easier for a large family to keep track of which flosser belongs to who. I am still clinging to an old pink Reach flosser but the rubber on the grip is crumbly and it smells so I am going to have to give it up soon. Second, I agree with the reviewers that say floss quality has declined. It is definitely thinner and shreds more easily. This was, at one time, the best and easiest way I had to ensure I would floss more regularly, but it's simply not what it used to be. Bring back the colors and bring back the thicker floss! These generate much less waste than the flossers you can buy in packs of 50 and throw the whole thing away, but they just don't work as well as they used to.

I read a number of reviews from others that just don't like the mint refills. For me, the mint floss makes my gums feel like they're burning. I have also had to look for alternatives now that the unflavored replacement heads have gotten so hard to find.

I love this product. I start using this recently thinking I would find the unflavored refills at another store, or store chain but grabbed a mint pack thinking it'd be harmless. No success and now I have come here to see that it's surprisingly not available anywhere per the brand. I was elated to find this product, as my difficulty with flossing has led me to avoid it at all cost. The mint refills are disgusting and I am slightly surprised Listerine wouldn't keep what's even in the starter kit available. If mint is the only refill option then mint should be in the starter kit. Guess I will invest in a water flosser because these make me nauseate as I am extremely sensitive. I went from telling my family how great this was, to forwarning them that refills are unavailable.

I have been using this flosser since it came on the market. The last two floss head replacement packages I purchased are junk. They do not last through a complete flossing without breaking. I would recommend that you go back to the previous design and materials and give up the change because they are useless.

The floss refills have lowered their quality so much so that the thinness of the thread shreds in between your teeth inside your gum and get stuck there for days i've been buying this product for over a year and I'm very disappointed in this poor quality I used seven refills on one teeth cleaning because they kept breaking off. this was not my experience when I first started buying them over year ago .sad! Many of us with allergies REQUIRE unflavored refills for the flosser. Please bring them back! We really need them. Not having that option is a reason to stop using your product entirely, especially for someone with sensitivities like me. If you provide us with unflavored, you'll probably have many of us for life. If not, we'll likely have to find something else. Mint is NOT an option.
