Litehouse® Parsley Freeze Dried Herbs 0.3 oz. Jar

Well, I was hoping that this product was certified vegan but when I googled it, they didn't seem to be too sure whoever was answering the Google, but I know they're only two ingredients that don't seem that would be anything but vegan but they said that sometimes when things are freeze, dried they get cross contaminated with other products so if anyone knows it perfectly vegan it would be be nice

I decided to try this since whenever I buy fresh parsley I end up with way more than what I need. I could tell before I used it that it was probably going to be good because of the nice green color. I used it in my shrimp scampi and it tasted great! And now I'll have enough on hand for when I need it but without any going to waste. Definitely recommend.

Fresh tasting parsley. Most dried parsley taste … dried out. This keeps its vibrant color, flavor, and texture. The bottle is glass. The parsley came triple wrapped.

By far the best dried parsley I have ever used. Cost a little more than other brands but SO worth it!!

Litehouse herbs %26 spices are the best!! I've been buying this brand for many years. They are closest to fresh we'll find!!

These are hard to find and they're great because they do not need to be refrigerated, but I refrigerate them anyway just for extra freshness

I like the fact that I don't need to keep fresh parsley around. I wish they made more spices this way. I like freeze dried, and that it looks better than just dried.

It's expensive, and after it's been opened, it eventually just turns dark green and looks like ordinary parsley that is much less expensive. Maybe this is a gimmick?
