excellent value, speedy delivery, robust packaging and my discontinued Harbor Freight saw batteries work in it too.

I was happy with the 12" chainsaw i purchased and i say it's probably as good as any but what impressed me the most was the service. After about a month, the saw stopped working and contacting their service team was such a pleasant surprise with the immediate response to determine the problem. It evidently was a problem they could not fix , so immediately, they made arrangement to send me a new one. Vivian, the person I communicated with, coordinated the the issues with the Service Team with absolutely NO HASSLE! No waiting on the phone for an answer but simply text a message and within a day you get response. The Service is worth as much as the product.

I've only used this for maybe an hour so far, but very impressed with how well it chews through things such as wild honeysuckle and the bark of a couple walnut trees that I'm attempting to kill out by girdling. Tough little machine so far with no signs of the battery needing charging.

I love this little chainsaw I'm 80 years old and it is just the thing for me. It is light and powerful. The battery lasts and lasts. After more than 2 hours of operation it is still going strong.

Great saw for the price. The first tree I cut was 9 inches round. OnceI learned to cut slowly ,it went through with no problem. The second time I used it, I cut down 3 small trees and cut them into 2 ft logs and I still had 50% battery power left. I'm very happy so far

easy to install it，powerful cut. I dont have the chain oil，use penetrating oil，spray on the chain，it works. But better to buy the chainsaw oil to use.

very good until motor went bad after about 10 uses

I used this for maybe 2 minutes and it quit. Cut a small maybe an inch and a half branch, and moved to a 6 inch limb and cut into it an inch or so when it just stopped. Now it does not do anything. Yes, I have double and triple checked that the chain brake is not engaged Yes, I soaked the chain over night Yes, I added chain oil to the reservoir Yes, I charged the battery over night and it shows fully charged
