The mower arrived in original packaging. Easy assembly. Easy to use. Light weight. Doesn't have rubber tires for traction on smooth surfaces, have to fight a little to turn mower around 180 degrees. Fast charge batteries. Both batteries have enough power to mow already manicured lawn. Struggles a bit with thick grass and vegetation. Batteries enough charge for small residential lawn where homes are approx. 25 feet apart.

i absolutely LOVE this mower!!! It's quiet. It's super simple to start and use. And OMG!! It is so lightweight!!! It is self propelled but I dont even use it except on the long stretches because it is so lightweight that I don't even really need it. My only reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the batteries take a while to charge which is probably common (I've never had a battery operated mower before). Totally not the fault of the mower, but my yard is HUGE so the batteries can't last for a whole yard mow for me. However, I'm sure that you will be fine if you have an "average" size yard. The batteries will run about an hour or so. The last con is that it is kind of slim. Again, if you have a normal sized yard, you should be fine. Overall, though, I absolutely love it!!!

I love it. I would have rated a 5 if the charger was included. I will buy an extra set of batteries cause it's necessary to do front and back yard.

it's self-propelled which makes mowing much easier. My leveler to adjust walking speed stopped working after three uses. i m trying to contact the service department to see where i can take it for repair. That's the only problem i m having. I plan to get on-line to contact the service staff today. Otherwise, it does a "great job and very easy to use!!"

It is easy to use, light weight and cuts grass with no problem. I am very happy with it except I have a big problem with it. the battery lasts only about 20 minutes, and it takes more than 24 hours to recharge the battery. That is a big problem. Also, there is no customer service number or contact info to reach out.

Mower was nice and lightweight plus easy to use. However, the batteries provided (2 of them) only provide 19 minutes of total mowing time. This was even with not heavy mowing. It took three (3) separate mowing sessions to complete my front yard! Recharge takes 1-2 hours for both batteries.

The battery does not charge.I had it on to charge for overnight and half the day, and it still isn't charged fully.So I can use it.In fact, I was gonna reach out to walmart and let them know that they need to replace those batteries

I'm very discouraged regarding the customer service at Walmart. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me either Allstate warranty or Walmart about my situation.

Does not hold a charge, I only got 1/2 of a small front yard mowed before it died, and it took 18 hours to recharge battery. I did a return and Walmart refused to take it back

The mower it's self was easy to use. The batteries were the problem Slow to charge and overheated the USB block. I used multiple blocks and outlets and even charging cords. Definitely a battery issue.
