The 40v battery and 10” blade on this saw really make a difference. I'm very impressed with the ease of assembly and the quality of the components of this saw. Not overly heavy for a 74 yr old to handle. Did a quick job on the branches I have cut so far. Happy with my purchase.

It looks solid. It is easy to assemble. It sounds great but we have not test it yet since it ia still the growing season,it's a 40V with 10" chain, it is heavy for my body and age.

My husband and I were a little skeptical when we ordered but this pole saw did not disappoint us. We are very impressed with it's ability to cut through limbs. We had a limb on a tree that was approximately 15 inches around and it was very high up the tree. This pole saw sliced through it lickety split. It is very light and extends. It is a dream to operate compared to the gas powered one we have. The thought of not messing with gas, pulling a string, or sputtering out, this pole saw is the wonderful.

This pole saw is well worth the money ($159.95 with free shipping). Many innovative features like the multiple angle settings. Shoulder strap to relieve some of the saw weight. The 40 Volt battery is long lasting after each charge. Adjusting the pole height is a snap. Recharging is quick. Cuts efficiently if you avoid cutting on a bad angle. Chain tension easily adjustable by turning a small wheel. Definitely recommend.

The only issue, was the weight and trying to keep it balanced. Cutting end is much heavier than the handle end and the shoulder strap really doesn't help when operating the saw.

Had I known how heavy it is I would have not purchased it. I will have to get my son to operate it for me.
