I purchased this and when I received it, the large battery was dead. I contacted the company via email and sent them the requested video of the product not working. They immediately sent me a new battery and it works perfectly. We just had a 12 inch snow and it was truly a blessing to have the shovel. Save my back and a lot of time!
So far I've only used it once. It's very ambitious, and seems to have plenty of power. It really could use directional vanes, which are built into more expensive models. In my opinion, it shoots the snow too far vertically, and it gets picked up by the wind. I'm probably going to fashion a chute for the top to direct the snow more horizontally. Otherwise, using it is actually somewhat recreational. Gobs of battery power %26 runtime. I bought it for its low price, and it's more than able to meet its intended function for me.
I live in Kentucky and we don't get a lot of snow but this year we had several pretty decent storms and this little shovel came in so handy for the single mom with a sloped driveway. I hate shoveling snow but if I don't do it, I can't get my car into my garage. This thing works great. We had about 6 inches of snow and it got through it with no problem. It was actually fun to use totally worth the money and takes up very little space in the garage.
I purchased this for my brother who has very bad back and hip and leg problems. It has been so helpful to him. I'm so happy I saw your ad. He tells me every time he uses it how glad he has it and how grateful I purchased it as his Christmas present. Makes my heart happy.
Last year, I saw my friend using this and he said it was quite useful. Try buying one myself this year. It feels good to hold it.This is not heavy.I think it will be easier to shovel snow this year. By the way, I really like having two batteries included.
Got this cordless snow shovel to prep for the winter and I'm really glad I did. It's lightweight, a breeze to assemble, and super easy to handle. Since it doesn't need to be plugged in, I can just grab it and clear the driveway or sidewalk quickly after a snowfall. Feels like it's going to make winter cleanup way less of a hassle this year.
it's a great little snowblower for porch %26 deck. If the snow is wet %26 heavy it doesn't really work.
Today is 1/25/26, Kansas. Decided to finally use this shovel I purchased juat for a day like today. We have about 4/5 inches so far. Let me tell you this worked amazing!! For the one side walk, clearing a path through my back yard and around our parking area it made it a breeze. last year took me 2 plus hours with breaks. Got it done in 45 minutes. Extra battery came in handy. Easy to use. Great for smaller area needs or narrow areas you cant get a larger machine through.
I only used it once however I found it did a decent job at throwing light snow. I still prefer a snow thrower, but this was cheap enough and not as bulky for a smaller driveway. Just make sure to use it the same day and before the snow hardens. Also, it helps that you live somewhere where nobody is going to complain about where the snow lands because it has no chute, you don't have a choice if it lands in the street or a neighbor's yard.
thing is a waste of my hard earned money to much to explain don't handle snow good at all cheap materials.and sorry battery doesn't last long time at all.just like a toy.dont waste your money and time with this no power.snow shovel.get you s sun joe snow shovel.
