I micro dose so one capsule lasts me seven days. Right away my sleep was better but I still don't know if it will help with my anxiety. I was taking lithium orotate from another brand. It took 10 days for it to take effect and it takes 10 days to lose the effect when I run out of lithium orotate. That is normal for me. I have only been taking this brand for a week and my anxiety is still fine from the left-over effects of the other brand. If my anxiety doesn't come back next week then this is a good brand.
